Crazy About Money: How Emotions Confuse Our Money Choices and What To Do About It

Posted by on February 18, 2011 in Money and Wealth Issues | 0 comments

For the last several months I’ve been consumed with getting my book finished and ready for publication. I’m pleased to announce that Crazy About Money was “born” on February 12, 2011 and is now for sale on my website: maggiebakerphd.com. I’m happy to autograph your copy and will also include a bookmark and an exercise you can do with the bookmark. There will be a link to Amazon if you prefer to buy it from them.

When the book was just a “twinkle in my eye” I had no idea what I was in for. It is one thing to have ideas, it is another to shape them into a form that others will like and find helpful. After many drafts and many more micro-decisions about what to include and what to leave out, the final version began to take shape. Although writing is a solitary job, it is really Crazy About Money’s community that is responsible for such a glorious birth.

We all have a relationship to money just as we have a relationship to food. If you are curious to understand what money means to you, whether it rules you or you rule it, or how much of it you want and what habits really work to get where you want to go with money, buy a copy of Crazy About Money. You will learn from others’s stories what you need to really know about yourself.

After you have read Crazy About Money, please contact me with comments. I’m all ears!
